I currently live in New York and am originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. At age 11 my first poem was published, and in high school I ran a free speech underground newspaper. I studied theater at UC Berkeley, where I founded Punch Theatre, an internationally-produced theater company for which I wrote all the texts.
Since then, I've had a variety of writing pursuits from standup comedy to a forthcoming novel. Starting in 2012 I began writing, producing, and hosting three different podcasts, totaling over 300 episodes and counting. As long as I'm creating, I'm as happy as I can be.
